🏫 EDUCATIONAL CONCERNS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

At Knowlton, we consider each child's academic, social and emotional needs gathered from teachers, administrators, and parent insights as we design class lists. Significant time and effort goes into creating balanced classes for over 500 students. If you have an educational, social or emotional concern for your child, please complete and submit an individual form for each child. We take all information into consideration as we place students in the best educational environment to meet their needs. Any type of change/requests will not be considered without a written request using this form. 2026-2027 Educational Concerns for Knowlton Elementary – Fill out form

NOTE: This is NOT a teacher request form as teaching assignments may fluctuate and differ before school starts.

NURSING SERVICES INFORMATION:

  • The Nursing Services Information for the 2026-2027 school year outlines key health requirements and services for students at Knowlton Elementary. Happy to help answer any questions you may have.
