The Davis Education Foundation serves as a clearinghouse for fundraising vendors, ensuring that all vendors involved in school fundraising are reputable and compliant with district policies. A list of approved fundraising vendors is prepared and posted on this website, with regular updates to maintain accuracy.

Vendor Guidelines

To guarantee safety, ethical practices, and alignment with district values, school fundraising activities involving students must use vendors from the approved list.

Vendor Guidelines

Fundraising projects should primarily focus on the school's attendance area. For projects extending beyond this area, prior approval from the school director is required. This helps us concentrate on local community and school-specific needs.

School Fundraising Policy

  • All school fundraising activities involving students must use vendors on the Approved Vendor List. No exceptions.

  • Fundraising companies can apply for approval annually from July through September 30.

  • No new fundraising companies will be approved after October 1 each year.

  • All fundraising money must be collected, receipted, and expended through district, foundation, or school accounts in accordance with standard accounting procedures.
