A Davis School District teacher received a huge honor on Friday morning.
For the sixth year in a row, the Heidi Martin: Mighty Heart Educator of Excellence Award was given to a teacher in the Davis School District.
The Clearfield Cares Teen Center is now open. The first of its kind in Davis School District, homeless and at-risk students will have a safe place to shower, do laundry, study, and access critical resources. Three more centers will be built at Northridge, Layton, and Woods Cross high schools.
To say this holiday season was full of miracles would be an understatement. We cannot thank the community enough for their generosity. Watch this video to get a glimpse of the Christmas magic.
Check out this story done by KUTV about new drop-in centers for teens experiencing homelessness in Davis School District. Clearfield High will be the first in the county to finish construction, with two other locations in the works at Northridge and Woods Cross High.
